The CIEA “Lean to Green” Action Learning Lab builds upon the computer-based modules by taking the information learned and applying it in the participant’s workplace.  The Action Learning Lab is composed of four sections:

  • Lean Metrics
  • Total Productive, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (TP3M)
  • How to Conduct a Lean to Green Kaizen
  • Walking the Talk

Based on Shingo Principles of continuous improvement and the EPA’s Lean Energy Toolkit, the CIEA “Lean to Green” Action Learning Lab is designed to train individuals to improve employee morale, individual and company performance and company profitability at all levels of the organization by highlighting value and non-value added activities.

If interested in adding on a two-day “Lean to Green” action learning lab for cohorts of 5-10 people to follow completion of the online training, please contact Victor Gray at 804-643-7489 ext. 130 or vgray@vamanufacturers.com.  Training scholarships may be available based on eligibility and first come, first serve as long as funding is available.
