Mapping Your Course: Aligning Passion, Potential, and Opportunity

Where do you want your career to lead, and how do you get there? In this session, we will look at some ways that you can improve the chances that your career opportunities will match up with your values, strengths and long term goals. While we can’t always control our opportunities, we can increase our chances to do work that paves the way to a long and successful career.

Session 2 | 10:30am-11:30am

Own the FAB Leader in YOU! (Fearless Woman, Authentic Leader, Bold in Business)

As women leaders, we face unique challenges in business. As women, we are more than capable of high-level performance and, at times, even outperform our male counterparts. Breakthrough stereotypes as you boldly embrace your gifts and your calling! This presentation is ideal for women that are in a male-driven industry. Conquer self-doubt and the inner voice that challenges you along the way.

Session 3 | 1pm-2pm

Exploring the Mutual Benefits to Mentoring in the Workplace

Mentorship can make a difference to anyone’s career—mentees and mentors alike. While they’re often thought of as being one-sided, these relationships can create value for both parties. Session speakers will guide attendees through a rich discussion utilizing Linked In Training by Emilie Aries as she answers your biggest questions around mentorship, so you can excel as a mentee or mentor.  Explore the roles, expectations, and ways you can nurture and add value to the relationship, from establishing mutual goals to keeping in regular contact.
