VMA has a group lodging arrangement with The Boar's Head. The group lodging rate is $139.00(before taxes&fees) for a guest room, and $299.00 for a suite. These rates apply for December 3rd and 4th. Cut off date of group rate is November 2, 2009.
In order to make a room reservation, please call The Boar's Head desk number at 1-800-476-1988 and provide reservationist the group name, Virginia Manufacturers Association. All individual reservations must be accompanied by a one night's deposit for room and tax. Invidividual deposits are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by the Inn at least three (3) days prior to arrival. Reseravations may be charged to all major credit cards. Credit card deposits are charged at the time the reservation is made.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Every effort will be made to accommodate those guests who arrive prior to 4:00 p.m.
