Set Up Time: You can set up your exhibit on the afternoon of the 10th. Just note that the Opening Reception starts at 6:00 p.m.

If you need to ship your exhibit, you can have it delivered on October 9th to the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Make sure to label it with your company name and "VMA Quality Conference" so that the Convention Center staff will know where it belongs.
