DEQ-Southwest Virginia will hold a regional meeting on October 22nd at the Strongwell facility in Bristol, Virginia. DEQ director, David Paylor, and Deputy Director, Rick Weeks, will also be in attendance. The meeting will be a breakfast meeting.
